The Rookie of the Year award honors a SCARA member who has distinguished themselves from their peers and achieved high levels of success early on in their career. The Rookie of the Year is chosen based on a member’s personal production as well as their commitment to education, participating in the real estate industry at a local, state & national level and serving our community through volunteerism.
